Fastening

LED display screen belongs to high power consumption equipment. After running for quite a period of time, due to multiple start-up, shutdown and operation, the wiring terminals of the power supply part will become loose due to cold and hot, loose contact, and form a virtual connection. In serious cases, it will generate heat and even ignite the plastic components nearby. Signal terminals will also be loose due to the change of ambient temperature and humidity, resulting in poor contact, which will lead to equipment failure. Derfor, the connectors of LED display screen must be fixed regularly. When adjusting fasteners, the force should be uniform and appropriate to ensure firm and effective.
