Nowadays, there are many manufacturers and products of LED display screen. When buying LED screen, customers usually go to the manufacturer for inspection, so it is necessary to know the inspection of how to detect LED screen:

visual inspection and hand feeling can be used to detect whether there is a problem with the LED screen. Adhesion of coating: there should be no peeling off.

screen screen screen: whether the color is consistent, or there is color deviation, or even the phenomenon is not bright.

screen printing appearance: the screen printing content should be clear, complete, uniform in color, without burr, defect, tailing and pollution; the specific content of all silk screen printing

Tauwāhi, pattern and font size shall be described in detail by corresponding drawings, and the manufacturer shall screen printing in strict accordance with the design requirements of drawings.

the color is consistent with the sample plate (normal vision has no obvious color difference observed under natural light or fluorescent lamp), and the same batch of products has no color difference (Note: color difference includes color difference)

The coating surface shall be smooth, flat and even, and the surface shall be free of the following defects: non drying and back sticking, particles, bottom leakage, pitting, blooming and peeling

The dimension deviation of led box is no more than 0.5mm, and the difference between two diagonals is no more than 1mm.

each nut and nut column must be treated with tooth return to ensure the screw can be locked in smoothly.

inspect whether the overall assembly requirements of LED box are processed according to the drawings. All accessories (such as locks and hinges) must adopt the existing standard parts, which must be guaranteed during assembly

The mechanical strength and sealing performance were verified. The welding joints of

box must be firmly welded without false welding, missing welding and other phenomena. The welding points must be ground flat, and the welding joints should be scraped with ash. The treatment process must be carried out

Strict standards are required. The welding seam must be polished, sealed and waterproof, smooth and flat without acute angle.

LED module hole punching and welding should ensure the flatness of the front, the surrounding panel should not be warped or deformed, and the flatness error should be less than 1 mm;

The size of the positioning hole on the front panel of the box shall be strictly controlled, and the error of the hole size and the hole distance shall be less than 0.1 mm; the X and Y directions of the hole assembly axis shall be in the same directions.
