Local bulge or concave will lead to dead angle of the display screen. The flatness is mainly determined by three aspects: ① production technology and materials; ② on-site steel engineering construction; ③ installation quality of display screen installation team.
2. Brightness and visual angle
The brightness of indoor full-color LED display screen should be more than 800cd / m2, and outdoor full-color LED display screen should be more than 1500 CD / m2, so as to ensure the normal display of LED display screen. Otherwise, the brightness will be too low to see the displayed image clearly. The brightness is mainly determined by the quality of LED core.
The size of visual angle directly determines the amount of visible area space of LED display, so the larger the better. The size of visual angle is mainly determined by LED chip.
3. White balance effect
White balance effect is one of the most important indicators of indoor LED display. In chromatics, when the ratio of red, green and blue primary colors is 1:4.6:0.16, the pure white will be displayed. If the actual proportion has a little deviation, the deviation of white balance will appear. Generally, we should pay attention to whether the white is blue or yellow green. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by LED chips, and LED chips also have an impact on color reducibility.
4. Color reducibility
Color reducibility refers to the color reducibility of LED display screen, that is, the color displayed on the LED display screen should be highly consistent with the color of the playback source, so as to ensure the authenticity of the image.
5. Whether there is mosaic and dead point phenomenon
Mosaic refers to the small four squares that are always on or black on the LED display screen, which is the phenomenon of module necrosis. The main reasons are: 1) the quality of the connector used in the LED display screen is not up to standard, and there are protruding or concave phenomena; 2) the LED lamp is not adjusted; 3) the sealing glue process is not qualified. Dead point refers to a single point which is often black on the LED display screen. The dead point is mainly determined by the quality of the LED chip.
6. Whether there are color blocks
Color block refers to the lack of color in a small area; the main reason is to control the IC and power supply, control the quality of circuit wiring.
7. Display screen appearance
Display screen appearance: it is the most intuitive, the most primitive to do the most preliminary evaluation of product quality. The appearance quality of LED display in banquet hall can reflect the quality of production technology and materials of the manufacturer.
